Summer 24' is coming!

Sale Dates

Thursday,May 30, 2024: 

     4:00-6:00 pm- Consignors Only

     

6:00 - 8:00- Pre-Sale Shopping, open to the public

 

Friday, May 31, 2024: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

 

Saturday, June 1, 2024: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Half Price Day (except items marked "ND"). You can also shop the United Women of Faith "yard sale" in the Fellowship Hall, plus numerous other yard sales going on the Historic District.

CONSIGNER INFO

It is important that you read the information below and comply with it. We have had issues with improper tagging that has lead to missing tags. Improper tagging may lead to you having to re-tag your items before we accept them so do it right the first time!

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We are accepting all-season clothes for this sale, however you are limited to TWO racks.

CONSIGNOR Payment Info:

We are asking that all consignor pay their $10 consigning fee upfront this time. You can pay this online (a link will be sent after registering) or in person at the church office via cash or check (during normal business hours). Upon receipt of payment, you can then sign up for your drop-off appointment. You will not need to bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope as we will hold your check in the office for 30 days from when they’re printed & you’re informed they are ready to pick up, along with your cards from sold items. If neither are picked up within 30 days, your check will be mailed, and your cards will be thrown away (we will not mail cards). Please note that your check will be voided if it isn’t cashed within 90 days for accounting purposes.

Note: We will keep 30% of the sale of all items plus a $10 fee from each consignor (paid up front); consignors will receive 70% of their sales. We will email you when you are allowed to pick up checks in the church office (during business hours).

Consignor Drop Off:  

You will be required to sign up for an appointment to drop off your items and you will have 25 minutes to be checked in and unloaded. Registration for consignors will close on May 20, 2024 so that everyone has time to register for a drop-off appointment. Drop-off times will be Monday 5/27 or Tuesday 5/28 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

 

*Please note that there is a 2-rack MAXIMUM of clothes to sell so that we have enough room for all consignors since our space is limited. We are also asking you to not bring multiples of the same item due to limited spacing, such as 3 brand-new, in-the-box, Malibu Barbies.

CONSIGNOR PICK UP*:

It will be Saturday 6/1/24 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. You may be able to pick up earlier that evening, depending on how long the sort takes. We will call/text once we are done sorting. Please let us know if you need to pick up earlier when dropping off. We will do our best to make pick-up as quick and painless as possible! Items not picked up on Saturday will be donated.
